ABOUT MAYRA LEAL

Mayra Leal - former Chief Flight Attendant, now contract flight attendant for the Indianapolis Colts Flight Department and currently in the process of building a small wellness retreat space in Livingston, TX.

Mayra serves as the Host and Coach for the Weekend for Success. With experience in the automotive industry alongside Tom Stokes over the years, she played a key role in introducing the Playbook for Success at Planet Ford in Houston back in 2015.

She helps bring a awareness of reality, living fully from moment to moment, and understanding the connectedness to all. Understanding our energy centers, the physical, etheric, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies, and how we are energic beings experiencing a human journey.

"I've been on a quest to find deeper meaning and understanding of the human condition. Unbeknownst to me, I began my healing journey when I said ‘yes’ to drug and alcohol recovery 8 years ago. I've since become more aware of myself and have began to remember who I am at my core - a divine, magical, majestic, POWERFUL, co- creating being." - Mayra Leal

Mayra has a podcast and recently acquired her 200HR vinyasa yoga certification, breathwork certification, IIN health coach certification and practice sound healings.

"Bringing health and wellness to all in hopes to inspire others to step into their most authentic expression IS my ultimate mission. As Ram Dass famously quoted: “We’re all walking each other home.” - Mayra Leal

Mayra encourages us to shift our mindset from problems to solutions, emphasizing the importance of focusing on actionable steps to achieve goals rather than dwelling on obstacles. While it may seem straightforward, many individuals struggle with this approach on a daily basis.
